Zoya Sia

I've said this many times, but mainstream collection have completely fallen flat for me this year. I think this is the year the mainstreams died (sing to the tune of Don McLean's American Pie). This is the year I've pretty much given up on mainstream polish. I won't say I've 100% given up, but I was really holding out hope that mainstreams could revitalize themselves. That really hasn't happened sadly.

That being said, in the midst of disappointment in mainstreamland, there are a few hits. One of them is from the recent Zoya fall collection. This was the only color in the collection that appealed to me. Thankfully it's a great one.

Sia
Sia is a royal blue creme.

Collection: Zoya Focus Collection Fall 2015

Color: It's hard to go wrong with a bright blue creme. This is a nice one. This isn't has vibrant as some of those other colbat blue cremes like Nails Inc. Baker Street. Sia has a touch of softness to it that really makes this a great color year round.

Formula: Zoya formulas can be hit or miss for me. This one is a hit. The formula was easy to apply and applied evenly. I used 2 coats above.

Price: This polish is $9 and can be found on Zoya's site or at Ulta.

Overall: This is a great blue polish. I love the pigmentation of this color. It's not the most inventive thing out there, but it's a good solid color. I have it on my toes currently and love how it looks.

My Rating: 5 out of 5 Paint Splatters
Happy Wednesday!
