I'm sorry for the late post today. Our A/C broke early this morning. I can tolerate a lot of things more than other people, but being hot is not one of them. I could go without internet longer than A/C! The temperature today is 90, with a heat index of 102, and to top it off the humidity is at 88%. The temperature in our apartment went from a nice 73 this morning to 85 in 2 hours and it was only 1pm. Nope! Thankfully, it seems to be fixed now (knock on wood), and we were only miserable for a few hours. I get this is a first world problem, but growing up in Texas and now living in Florida air conditioning becomes need versus a luxury!

Reader Manis of the Week:
Description: These are Vintage Mismatched Nails. First, I applied Julep Nail Therapy as my base coat. The polishes I used to create this manicure are American Apparel Rose Bowl, American Apparel Office, American Apparel Coney Island, Windestine Jeweled Sand, and Finger Paints Tough Art To Follow. I also used a dotting tool. Lastly, I applied Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat to seal in the design and to add some shine.
Favorite Polishes: They include Orly Rage, Orly Ancient Jade, OPI Pros & Bronze, Essie Shine of the Times, Windestine Jeweled Sand, and many more!

Manicure Description: I started with a base of Bikini So Teeny by Essie. Then, using In the Cab-ana and Avenue Maintain, both from Essie, I made an arch from either side of my nail and connected it in the middle.
Favorite Polishes: It's ever changing! Right now I'm loving Orly Blue Collar, Essie Snap Happy, and L'Oreal Devil Wears Red!
