Color: This is a gorgeous soft lavender with a pearl-frosty shimmer. I love this color, but I'm not 100% sure if it loves me. I actually do like this shimmer in this, but I'd love it a little more if didn't show brushstrokes as much.
Formula: Nice formula. I don't have any real complaints. I used 3 coats above.
Price: I paid $1.99 for this at KMart.
Overall: I'm wavering on how I feel about this. I like this color, and I like the shimmer, but it's just not quite all there for me.
My Rating 4 out of 5 Paint Splatters
I really like the color on it but I'm not a huge fan of frosty finished. Great swatch of it though.ReplyDelete
this is soo pretty. If it had a pink sheen it would remind me of Essies Using My Maiden Name...also minus the brush strokes formulaReplyDelete
after looking back at essie's maybe they aren't as close as I thought. I love the color family thoughReplyDelete
They definitely are getting harder to find! I can usually only find them at Fred Meyer, which is a regional chain.ReplyDelete
Stephanie, this is lovely. I must be one of the rare ladies who enjoys the frosty shades -- probably because I'm (ahem) an "older lady" and I grew up with this type of polish. If you apply with a makeup sponge, by the way, the effect is softened and modernized for the tastes of today. I enjoy your blog!ReplyDelete
Ooo, I love this color! I agree about the brush strokes though - I hate that.ReplyDelete
There are NO K-Marts left around me in this part of Orlando. I thought the one in Winter Park was still open, but nope. Closed.
