Color Club A Warm Place

You would think with close to 1,200 bottles of nail polish I would have everything? I have some holes in my collection, and that becomes blatantly apparent when I realize I need a particular type of color and can't find a single polish like it in my stash.

A few months ago I decided I needed a fall, slightly warm, pinky, cherry, red creme. Yes, this is very specific. I have a lot of true reds, orange-reds, red-violets, but I don't have any pinky-reds. No, they're not all the same!!! Thankfully, Color Club came in and took care of my fall, slight warm, pinky ,cherry, red creme issue.

Color Club A Warm Place
A Warm Place is a pink toned red medium creme.

Color: This is a pretty standard nail polish color, which is crazy why I didn't have something like it! This is a very wearable color. You can wear this in any season. I'know it's not original, but it fit my needs!

Formula: Good formula and easy to work with.

Price:  I think I got this for around $3-$4 at The Christmas Tree Store.

Overall: Nice, classic, affordable, and standard nail polish color.

My Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Paint Splatters

Happy Tuesday!

  2. Very pretty red. I think I have the smallest selection of reds in my collection. I never buy them, for some odd reason. I always like when I end up wearing them.

  3. Very pretty! I have a thing for pinky-reds as they are my favorite kind of reds. You should also check out Revlon Cherries in the Snow, super pretty and opaque!

  5. I'm pretty sure I don't have anything like this in my stash. Oh, I'm trying to so hard not to buy any more polishes for a while. Gah!

  6. I often find that I don't have very basic colors when I need them. Like nudes. Or a lot of pastel colors. Glitter bombs out the ying yang but no light blue to be found in my stash! LOL

  8. Oh that is pretty. It is red and pink at the same time. But it isn't pink.I don't think I have anything like this either.

  9. Yay this reminds me of OPI Charged Up Cherry, which I believe was my first OPI polish ever (I bought Lincoln Park at Midnight around the same time and can never remember which came first lol).

  10. Glad you like it! That's exactly how I feel about red too. I actually like this color, but it takes me wearing it to realize how much I love them.

  12. Thanks! You might! If not, I'm sure a trip to the drugstore you'll find something like it.

  13. Haha, I'm sure you can find something similar in a drugstore polish. This type of color is pretty common and you won't have to spend a lot!

  14. EXACTLY! I have this problem. I realized this with like plums and brick reds recently. They are such common colors, but I don't really have any. Glitters rule my stash!

  15. Nice! I actually remember my first OPI polish was Redipus Oedipus from the Greek Isles 2004 collection. I wasn't even into nail polish, but loved the color. I wish I could find it :(.
